iSmart App Issues

Hi all,

I ran into an issue with my iSmart app on Thursday. When I went into the app, my car was no longer there and it’s asking me to bind my vehicle. It was working fine on Wednesday but not on Thursday. I am logged in and when I try to bind my vehicle it says that the car is already bound. Has anyone come across this before?

I’ve got exactly the same today! I think there may have been an app update that logged me out and when I got logged back in, it had lost the binding to the car. But the same as you if I try to bind again it says that the car is already bound. Stuck.
It looks like the app was indeed updated 4 days ago

I’ve seen someone else on a different forum having exactly the same problem. I guess customer service is being inundated with complaints.
 
must admit earlier this week I had scheduled a charge and it came up at about 11.30 to say your car may not be fully charged at the agreed time.
Then seem to think next day my charger was saying cannot communicate directly with the car do you want to add the 75% or whatever I had programmed in, think I click ed Yes.
But it seems to be ok again last night set it up and charged all fine.
