Hmm, obviously Australian, from the Eastern States.
But it has something wrong!
Perth isn't always 3 hrs behind, depends on daylight saving.
Yes WA doesn't have daylight saving, although we've had a few referendums here asking for it. The residents here are afraid the extra hours of daylight will fade the curtains!
And although the windsurfers love it, because it gives them more time to enjoy the arvo seabreeze after work, that's countered by the surfers who are going to miss out on wave time before work.
