Low battery warning

I just had a voice message while driving to say that my battery was low and I should charge it as soon as possible. It's still at 20%! I've never had any previous car give me a warning other than a red indicator lamp on the dashboard and maybe a written message and warning tone when fuel was low. Talk about encouraging range anxiety

Ours does the voice warning at 21%. It took me aback a bit the first time.

It warns at 21%, and again at 11%.
Then you get a popup on the infotainment screen asking if you want to turn on "battery saver mode".
The volume of the warning can be altered in the car settings under "Hello MG".

At least the SE doesn't nag to this extent. You get a dashboard warning around 15% I think, asking if you want to turn on power-saving mode.

Make sure the car's charging port is open and facing the wind then
