I was comparing the features available for my HS with a colleague's ZS and he is able to operate the windows with his app but for the HS it doesnt seem to be an option.

This seems to be another example of weird differences between models that don't make much sense!

Are you aware you can close the windows with your key fob? It's called "lazy lock" feature, why they should call it that is beyond me but it's handy to have it.
