MG iSmart not working following iOS update yesterday

Here is my present OIS software settings.
The latests version of 18.2.1 is available to download, but I have not installed it yet.

I'm on iOS 18.2.1 and the app (v2.1.1) is working as normal here in Australia. As said before it seems the European server was/is having a wonky time. I don't believe it is iPhone related.

There were widespread problems with mobile connectivity for IoT devices on some networks (any device using an IMSI that roams on Vodafone UK) for a large part of Thursday/Friday.

The timings of this problem seem to match the reported iSMART issues fairly closely.

Mine is still saying illegal app send date and not been working for 2 weeks now
Any suggestions would be welcomed during this cold weather

One way you get this is if your clock is not set to the correct time.

Sick of this. I'm losing confidence. Started looking BYD as a result.

Since updating to 18.1.2 ios yesterday I have lost the ability to use remote activity via the app eg, can't heat the cabin which is a must at the moment. Has anyone else experienced this? I have uninstalled and reinstalled and cleared cache.

Working fine for the last week but have had problems ++ in the past - using iPhone 15 pro - 13-02-2025
