Well mine was fully charged and then I put the battery heating on via the app .The charger reconnected and the battery was heating this increased my range on my long trip up north.Not on my car. I'm wondering if this may be the reason I was only getting around 3.5kW into the battery on a 7kW Tesco charger the other day when it was 3 deg C, the other 3kW or so being puled for heating the battery ?

Edit but definitely not more than 1h as battery would be 24c by then and it is only needed to be above 10c for 7kw charge
