Are you also able to comment on the 9-month time limit for delivery of the vehicle to customer?

Once the grant application has been in place for 9 months, OZEV emails the dealership to ask whether they need to extend the grant for a further 90 days. This can then be extended again if needs be.
As long as the dealership administration department read the emails they are sent, there are no issues.

No, we don't enter the colour of the vehicle on the grant portal until we are claiming the grant on registration.

I think you covered the fact that a colour exchange WAS indeed possible, but NOT a switch in model type ( i.e. Trophy to Trophy i-connect ) on the last Monday night Pod Cast ?.
And the fact that model exchange can only be achieved, by cancelling the original order and then place a fresh order, which will not be eligible for the higher grant award.
