Hello all, new member here. I've been reading the forum regularly for the last couple of months and now it's time for posting a question of my own.

Even though we're in the middle of the summer it doesn't hurt to be prepared for colder times and I've been offered to buy a secondhand set of wheels fitted with 215/50R17 winter tyres. They were previously fitted to an MG ZS EV MK1 from 2021 and my car is an MG ZS EV MK2 longe range production year 2023. The wheels are "Rial Kodiak" with the model number KBA 50787 and given that the PCD must be 112, it should be one of the following: "50787" - KBA-Suche für Gutachten

So my question is whether these wheels should fit my MG ZS EV MK2 long range? And in general, can we expect wheels that fit on an MG ZS MK1 to also fit on an MG ZS MK2?

Thanks!

I believe the only difference is the mark 2s come with a slightly higher profile tyre as standard. Mk1 was 50 sidewall and Mk2 55. I recently upped my mk1 tyres to a 55 sidewall

Thank you for the response. Yes, my conclusion is the same: The only difference between MK1 and MK2 is in the tyre aspect ratio. Fitting 215/50R17 on my MK2 would lead to the speedometer showing a bit too high speed, but I guess it shouldn't be that bad. Most sources indicate that the offset range for both MK1 and MK2 is 39-43mm. Since the price for the wheels is pretty good, I think I will take my chances that they fit ok.
