MG ZS EV not charging

Help! MGZS EV not charging. Tried to charge at various rapid chargers today with no success. Thought it was a problem with them but got home and not charging with home charger. Buzzing noise when putting charger in as usual but after a few seconds buzzes again And then again. Message says connected but not charging. Has anyone has any similar problems?

Have you tried the 'granny' EVSE or locking it up for 10 minutes and trying again?

Yeah; have tried the 3 pin charger and the outside wall charger.

Yeah; have tried the 3 pin charger and the outside wall charger.

I guess you have tried the 12 volt disconnection trick then ?.
If not, take a 10mm spanner ? and disconnect the negative terminal on the battery, leave it disconnected for about 30 minutes, then reconnect.
Lock the car and walk away and keep the keys out of range for about 2 hours.
Do not use the App to communicate with the car either.
Then unlock the car and try charging, if this fails to resolve the problem, it’s a trip to the dealer I am afraid ?.

What problems are you having and what have your tried?
