Don't want to be too critical of her and was searching for positive things to say about her but unfortunately my conclusion is she's a very poor reviewer. Hopefully it's a one off.

The reasoning for the cut-outs doesn't matter really - the SE does look a bit of a mess from behind, and they could've done a better job with it. For the price though, guess you can't argue.
