This isn't a bug; it's intentional on the part of Google/Apple.

However, I'm experiencing the following bugs:

In trailer mode, ALL driver assistance systems are deactivated after getting in and out of the car once.

Sometimes the infotainment system starts up for a few minutes when the car is locked.

Perhaps this will be fixed with R69?!

Otherwise, the open-source licenses have been added.

Thank you very much for the information. It is truly disappointing that there is still no Turkish language support in the software versions. I really don’t understand why this is the case. While newly released vehicles in Turkey have Turkish menus, and even the MG4 Comfort model has Turkish language support in the R40 version, the Luxury model does not.
In addition, although the vehicle entered the Turkish market in 2023, iSmart is still not active. It was said that the reason was a TBOX replacement and that an agreement had been reached with the operator, but the vehicle does not read the iSmart code either, and the menus are still in English.

Is it useful to install the R69 without SIPS? I went from R63 to R67 via USB. It fixed the BT connectivity, broke my battery meter in the process though. It is a guessometer now for the first 20% battery after charging.

What issues did SIPS mismatch caused?

@hojnikb SIPS Updates were not possible with R42. The error and its screenshots are posted in the VDI VCI thread.

Edit: I can't say exactly what issues are caused by this SIPS mismatch because I haven't tested it for a long period. I only noticed the mismatch in SIPS.

But infotainment worked fine with R42?

I wonder what would happen if you updated FICM with R40, then afterwards updated to R42?

And we never faced issues with update for MY22 or MY23, for SE/Standard version or Trophy/Luxury version...

This is what I got from SIPS when try to do reprogramming and configuration:

This was with R42. I tried several times and reprogramming and configuration separately. But it failed every time. After downgrading to R40 the first try was successful for both parts.

Is there anything special that I have to keep attention on when upgrading directly from R08 to R42? At first I did AVN-SOC, secondly AVN-VIP, then TBox SNAKP23E32 and at last SIPS reprogramming and configuration.

But I will try @hojnikb's suggestion to update from R40 to R42.

Nothing special is required for this updates, and normally you can upgrade FICM MCU from USB for SWI69 build (SE and SE ER) so no need of SIPS.
But I'm not a specialist
