MG4 Software version Tables for reference

I wondered if it would be useful to have a wiki page with a table about the different software versions available for the MG4, both the Standard and Trophy versions.

This might be a useful pointer to all the new owners who ask what software version they have etc.

If it is a wiki then it can be updated as new software is released.

Has anyone already done this and I can't find it?

In addition to those columns there needs to be "Region". Australia has different software releases to the UK and EU for example.

Though I'm wondering if having a set of tables for each region might have been a better solution...perhaps depends if some of the software is the same.

Hi, I have just purchased a new MY2025 MG4 Trophy Long Range and I have software version SWI133-29176-1300R30. Dealer has assured me it’s on the latest version, though I don’t have ability to swipe down and disable LKA or add LKA disable to the steering wheel buttons. Comments please?

As far as we know, that is the latest release for the newer Trophy model. The earlier models were SWI68 for the Trophy and SWI69 for the SE.

PS - it seems that I have been the only one to actually add anything to the first post.

Thanks - so they removed the swipe down LKA disable? That’s frustrating! I’m happy to add to the table. It was confusing as I’ve seen a lot of posts about R40 R59 etc. so automatically assumed when I couldn’t see the LKA disable and saw version R30 that it was fairly out of date! Thanks for confirming otherwise

I don't know if your variation of the software ever had the swipe down LKA disable ... I think your version is the only variation to have been released for the later models.

Regarding editing the OP ... I think you need to have been a member for longer / have more posts before you can do so. (i.e. perhaps upgraded from your Novice Member status).
