Mine is outside all the time, never actually done anything particular to the hubs, they just get cleaned when i wash car.
Usually once a fortnight, southern UK near coast.
I use the BH snowfoam above and once a month the wheels get sprayed with a spray on rinse off ceramic sealant, wetcoat.

I use Bilt Hamber Autofoam all the time as a pre-wash and it has'nt helped mine that much but I do spray some diluted wheel cleaner on first usually, so I suspect that may be why mine were worse than yours .

My car was also two years old and suffered two winters

I also do the final rinse with de-ionised water in Summer to avoid water spots so that did'nt help much either. I'll see how I get on with the Atom Mac on my ID7 brakes and hubs, as VW hubs are also prone to rust from my experience . Would you believe the ID7 GTX rear brakes are drums !! ... I was quite surprised given the weight and power !!

Yes, the best and most appropriate method is to use de-ionised water and fortunately I have a water de-ioniser filter I can connect to before the jet washeras welll as diluting things like Atom Mac. Well worth having a filter if you're a detailing geek and wash dark cars in Summer

WOW, they are worse than mine. But yours have done 2 winters, and mine only one, so guess, that's why. Really spoils it.
And it's relatively easy to sort. Just never got round to it. Now winter's round the corner again.

mine need doing and struggling to find replacements if anyone can help please please please

I Guess you have 50 to 80k miles on them ? Unless it's used on track ?
