Hi All
I own an MG5 Trophy and recently found this forum. I was reading on another thread yesterday about how it is sensible to do a battery calibration charge occassionally, by fully charging from less than 10% to 100% to balance the cells etc. The thread that I read also suggested disconnecting the negative terminal on the 12V battery to do a hard reset beforehand.
I have therefore just disconnected the 12V battery and then reconnected it. However, when I then restarted the car it has thrown up a million faults (forward collission unavailable, auto emergency braking unavailable, stability control fault, traction control fault, autohold fault and many others!). The car still drives but I have loads of warning lights (I think probably all of them!)
What on earth have I done and how can I fix this?
