New 2025 MG4

Sorry of in late to the party with this one but a guy on the MG4 Facebook forum has mentioned that he has just bought a new MG4 SE, but it has built in Satnav and a reversing camera. I suggested that he must have a Trophy, but he sends me a picture and it definitely hasn't got the Trophy rear spoiler, bit it does have a rear camera lens and Satnav. So, is there a new version of the SE out for 2025?

The SE in Oz/NZ (called the Excite over there) came as standard with reversing camera. I don't recall it having satnav though, but I may be wrong.

Probably also depends on the country. The Standard/SR model (51kWh) in Scandinavia has heated seats and heated steering wheel. In the Netherlands that's only available on the luxury (and upwards)

I read somewhere the next update to the base model added Satnav. It was also the one that dropped from 51kWh to 49 kWh battery.

The STD 2024 model already has SatNAV and 49 Kwh batt. (at least in Spain)

Yes, that is correct, Model Year 24s all have sat nav and a reverse camera added to SE models,

SE SR models have a smaller battery at 49KwH compared to the previous 51KwH as well as all models now have the active grille
