Not charging

Hi
Has anyone else had problems with their mk1 zs not connecting on charge
I don’t think the lock on the plug is working
It doesn’t make the clunk sound and just says connected not charging
I’ve had this issue before but it worked when I jiggled the plug
Can someone please take a picture of the socket showing the lock pin as mine is just the hole

Only on your charger or any other as well?

Likely that connections need cleaning

Can someone please take a picture of the socket showing the lock pin as mine is just the hole

If the opposite "side" on the cable is a pin, than that's how it's supposed to be ? And if the opposite is a "hole", then the pin on the car side got stuck...

The pin does not engage before the "charger" and the car has done a handshake and agree that they should charge.

If your car does not give the "ziiip" sound of the locking pin being engaged, try and listen if the locking pin in the "charger" is engaging.

If they connect and don't do a proper handshake or something they might not engage.
