Octopus Go Intelligent new 6 hours charging limit

I figure an extra £8.50 on top of the smart charge for the 100% equalisation charge very quarter.

I think it added around £5-6 to my last one on my Trophy, but I did do that with smart charge turned off to ensure it was one continuous charge with no breaks. Not really an issue cost wise as it is so infrequent.

I contacted Octopus regarding the solar conflict with charging time and got thei respose

"Hi there,

I would advise to manually set the charging on the solar to the guaranteed off peak time of 11:30pm-5:30am.
