I’ve just received an email from OVO telling me that due to an upgrade to their system, my Ohme Home Pro charger will no longer work with Charge Anytime. So I’m going to lose my preferential rates. Don’t know what they’re thinking. One wonders how many customers they’re going to lose over this.
As my one year fix is ending in July, I’m now in the market for a new provider. Octopus is looking the most appealing, but I understand they may not have the lowest prices; am I right in thinking Tomato is lower? Any recommendations?
I've never really changed electricity supplier before. I also have a smart meter that was fitted by SSE/OVO. I presume these smart meters are all fairly standard?
