A new experience for me, I've always had a dirty chia made with powder.
They do it very differently here. all the raw ingredients in boiling water + milk and served with a sieve. Much better than the powder, not so sweet.

I was very jealous. You’re out with two beautiful young ladies and your son. Your car is immaculate and you have an interesting sounding drink.
But then you lost me when you added the milk I prefer my coffee black

I often take photos of insects when I'm out walking the dogs.

No just a phone with a good lens and a steady hand. It's a Pixel 8a.

I started taking pictures with a Praktica BC1 then progressed to a Canon EOS600, both film cameras. I used to do my own black and white developing and printing and was a member of a local photography club. Then when digital cameras became affordable I purchased a Panasonic Lumix FZ45 but now for day to day use, like a lot of other people, I use my phone.

Not out walking the dog, but too interesting to ignore.

I don't think this is their later stage though.

Lovely photos I try to do similar except I don’t have a dog unless I borrow one of my Granddogs. How about the beasties that have crossed my paths ? Admittedly only the black beetle was in Scotland the dragonfly’s were Californians but they crossed my path so their images were scooped up for posterity

It’s very true when you think of the cash spent on ever more fancy cameras and lenses over the years and the films used in them. For the complete (but interested) amateur like me, a modern phone supersedes almost any camera I ever bought. AND it gives me the privilege of conversing with all you fine folks around this big globe AND it can do my sums (wish I’d had it in p3 in’56)
