Finally managed to get this done today.

SoH 100%
8632 miles
11 months old
118 charges
80% rapid, 20% AC
Roughly 45 charges to full, around half on AC and allowed to balance.
Still showing 457.25V max charge with 0.013V variance on original BMS.

*Edit*max voltage was out by a volt...damn clumsy thumbs ?‍

Am I the only one that does not count how many times I have charged the car ?

I never counted how many times I filled my ICE car up, and have never considered doing it now with an EV.

I use an app called Fuelio, and have for years now. Not just for fuel costs, but for pretty much everything car cost related. Its handy if you're a stats geek ? One click gets you most of the relevant data.

I tend to have a standard weekly charge pattern so can make a reasonable guess, I presume most folks home charger apps keep a log of it too.

I have a dumb Rolec unit, it is not capable of counting the charge cycles.
Maybe that is why it is called a “Dumb” charger ?.
It has had problems even carrying out that simple function some times ?‍.

Don't know how many charges as I don't count them, but they have all been on 7kW exept one Rapid last year for a boost from 50% to 85%, less than 20 minutes IIRC.
GOM 162 miles fully charged, no HVAC in normal mode.

I'm going to try to pull together some data regarding battery State Of Health, we now have cars about that have done a reasonable mileage.

These are the bits that I think would be good to know:
SOH %
Mileage done
Car age (since registered)
Rought percentage of DC (Rapid) charges vs AC charges.
How many times do you think you've charged to 100%
GOM shown in Normal(3) after a 100% charge, with both trips, reset (car started without brake pedal pressed/under no load) (this gives a good indication of SOH if you haven't got access to OBD2 data)

Mine, to start things off:
SOH 97.27%
10.5k miles
7 months old
5% Rapid charging (5 Rapids done, about 100 AC charges)
About 84 charges to 100%
GOM 159miles

6k, 10 months old, rapid and 7kw with balancing

Same app I use, I paid for the pro update as well, but didn't think it was quite that much.
It's great for creating a customised dashboard. I have one page for using whilst charging with things like SOC, charge speed, voltage, cell values etc. I even have one page that is just SOC, so can leave that on display as I drive if I really want to frighten myself watching it drop.
Only downside is it doesn't give ECU firmware names.

Just downloaded and tested it. The soh of my battery is still at 100%, soc at 86%, 19000km on the odometer. Should i fully charge to let the car calculate the soh?

If you’ve recently fully charged & balanced then the SOH should be right, it doesn’t hurt to take all of the figures after a full charge/balance though to be certain.

Don't forget that 100% SOC displayed in car is 92.3% (ish) in the app.

Thanx, good to know. Just anaother question. Should the soh be different in cold temp vs hot temp weather? And at what temp should i measure it?

GOM 259 km
SOC BMS 93-ish % and 450-ish volts, car fully charged and balanced

This morning I checked my SOH, it is disapointing
17.500 km
1 year old car
SOH 96,52%
Just to remaind I post my SOH 2 months ago and it was 99,56% and it have 14.600km. Since then it was mostlly fast charging but tis is crazy, even if I fast charge it isnt more than 1C off the battery. I found spec that says charge discharge 1C at 3500 cycles it should have more than 80% capacity remaining. Are those batterys that are in our cars so bad or Iam not realistic and it should be souch. On my previous ev cars I dint have possibillity to check this.

How is this SOH on other cars??

On other cars, they don't peg the SOH at 100% for most of the first year. Think of it as starting at 103%, but reported as 100% for all that time, now it's down to 96.52%. It's not like it's suddenly started degrading. The first year of degradation is the worst.

Our batteries are made by CATL. I saw a video recently by Sandy Munroe, and he said that the smartest battery people on the planet are at CATL. One of them pronounced it "cat-ell".

So don't panic just yet.
