... watching podcast from the infotainment head unit.

Or anything else from YouTube to netflix.
From internet browsing to using your zapmap/ABRP or any other mobile app.
Watch any video that phone can play..not restricted by stock infortainment codecs only.
All possible.

Still testing it. Not quite polished enough.

Nice feature!! Is this wired or wireless mirroring?

Its wired. For wireless need extra hardware.
I can remove the status bar (which would remove the indication thats it's mirroring) but I prefer the information it shows.
Did you try it already?

Haven't tried it!! Where did you buy the hardware for mirroring?

Do you get the i-smart in your MG's in Costa Rico?
Unfortunately we don't get i-Smart or MG link in the uk.
No we don't get i-smart or MG Link, but I saw on Youtube a video showing how MG Link works.

I have got this working fairly fluidly...
It requires several steps and so have made a video for this this to explain. (it's about an hour long almost)
It needs a little editing but should be ready tomorrow, hopefully.
What's best way to post... Do I really need to make a you tube account for a single video?

Probably the easiest thing to do I'd imagine, not sure if there is any easier way to do it (well there are a couple of ways but YouTube is by far the easiest) ?
