Running a 12V fridge from MG4 LV Battery

5 day update, it works well, it is plugged in 220V at the camping and to 12V in the car and so far just works.

So all the math and backup batteries are not needed for my case.

Thanks though for the various experiences shared, i might need them on an alternate situation if i gun it with no stops for 2000km again.

I have a cool box with a small built-in refrigeration unit which plugs into the cigarette lighter socket. I keep it running all the time when the car is on, including overnight while I'm sleeping, and it's fine. I think it draws 50 watts.
