Rusty rear hubs

Hi l, I have just clocked over 20k and have noticed rust between the wheels and hub.
The wheels were swapped front to back at the 15k service so it's since then.

My ZS is the same on the hub, the braking surfaces are perfect though.

Are you sure? The disks are cast iron/steel so inevitably will corrode over time. Removing the wheels risks damaging the surface treatment, but frankly it's inevitable. One of the unintended consequences of EVs is how light on their brakes they are, and hence the disks are changed less often giving more time for corrosion to set in. My Wife's LEAF is on 80,000 miles at 8 years and is still on its original disks all round, and the non-friction surfaces are heavily corroded. I should have painted them when we first got it.

As my MG5 is only a couple of months old I was quite surprised to see how much corrosion there was when I removed the rear wheels (it's nowhere near as bad on the fronts for some reason). This isn't oxidisation of the hub but galvanic corrosion caused by contact between the steel hub and alloy...

The picture of the front hub assembly above was lifted from the thread. FWIW the only part of the hub that is visible is the rusted/shiny part at the centre around the stub axle and retaining nut. The disc and its top hat (with the holes that the studs go through into the hub) is the rest.
