Sat Nav.. help please

We have just bought the Mg4Trophy Long Range.. very happy until I started to put Sat Nav addresses in.. sorted out the permissions.. got it to the point of entering post codes, names etc.. then I came unstuck …
What is the sequence from entering the Post Code and name to getting it saved in favourites please? I managed about 5 then couldn’t get any others to add to the list.
I feel a real idiot but I am really struggling with this. Doesn’t seem intuitive at all!

Try my MG4 Trophy - a Guide There's a chapter on navigation.
I've not come across any limit to the number of favourites but I've not tested it. If you don't have any luck, I'll try it.
Have you agreed to the Terms and Conditions?
What version of software is the car using?
