Satnav live data error

Hi have a Mg4 Trophy facelift.
Having problems with the satnav. It starts loading but fails on updating live data.
Is there a setup required for live data ?

Have you accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions in the data part of settings?

I'm sorry but I do not fully understand your use of 'live data'. Live traffic data should be there if you have selected it in settings. As far as I know you cannot update the map over the air. Others have downloaded a European update via a usb stick, set out in another thread.
