MG4 Trophy: Satnav voice directions gone silent. Unmuted several times, still silent. Satnav otherwise working.

You could try reset by press and hold home button until it resets.

Thanks, tried that but not worked. Went to dealer, car booked in for check.
Since, satnav voice back on but too quiet to hear!

Have you tried increasing the volume by using the steering wheel right-hand toggle button when the SatNav voice is giving you instructions?

If you swipe down from the top of the screen, you should get sliders for volume control.
