SC077 in Australia?

Just tried to book a service at Rockingham MG. I'm told I'll have to pay extra for the update as there's no recall on this.
Has anybody had it done for free? How did you arrange that? Is it still called SC077 here?

I've emailed customer care, telling them in the UK it was a recall and at least it should be routine on the first service.
What chance do we have?

It might be under a different code
The MG4 SC077 software update (often referred to within the R59/R11 context)

Our upgrades were checked/done when we bought the car coming up to 12mths ago .....
