Slow charge 3 phases

I have a 22kW charger station in my home
And i have a luxury mg4
When I start charge it only 9 kW enter on my car
For information i have 3 phases
It is normal?
As some people told me it should be 11 or 12 kW not only 9kW?

Nah that’s about right after transfer loss. That’s what I used to get on my old MG5 which had 3 phase Ac charger.

The car reports the DC power actually charging the main battery, after losses and some of the power used for computers, pumps, lights, and charging the auxiliary (12 V) battery. You'll probably find about 10-11 kW drawn from the supply. It is designed to not draw more than 16 A from each phase, so that cabling and breakers designed for 16 A continuous operation will not be overloaded.

Very few vehicles are capable of AC charging at ~22 kW.
