Good advice and this is one of my examples. Unfortunately, in Portugal, Tesla chargers are only open to Tesla cars (due to some sort of government restriction). I want the functionality for journeys outside the country but can't test it locally.

Update: Drove from Portugal to French Alps and back so was able to try Tesla chargers outside Portugal. To my surprise and delight - my car does charge on Tesla! 2023 (bought early 2024) ZS EV LR.
