My April figures:

Unusual month because the car was unused for 2 weeks but I did more miles during the remainder. Warm weather has certainly pulled the figures up a little and it's interesting to see the year on year incremental improvement.

31st May 2025 - quite impressed with this considering I do a regular motorway commute. It was up to 4.3 at one point. Cruise control at 60 mph, auto aircon at 21 C, normal mode with KERS level 3, seems to be the sweet spot combination for me :)

 Ok so I stumbled across something interesting, and scary.
On my 12 mile drive into/out of brum every day, I normally get around 3.7-4.2 miles per kwh, depending on temp etc
So last year I drove to Birmingham airport, past my work, and got 4.7miles per kwh.
Ok sunny day and a Sunday with less traffic.

So yesterday, mid week and during the day, in heavy traffic as usual I got 4.9 miles per kwh.
The only difference is, I had my wife with me on both airport occasions.

I need help guys and gals, do i need to take my wife with me to work to get better efficiency?:ROFLMAO:

Ps. I parked opposite a range rover so I hope it's not burnt to a crisp when I get back. 😄

No need, a detour to extend the journey will have the same effect on efficiency and the added benefit that you can listen to your favourite music/podcast for a bit longer…
