Time limit when charging

Hi all, the last few months when we try to charge our car a time countdown starts and after about 20min the charging stops. We manage to charge about 10miles at a time. Then we have to unplug the charger and plug it back in. This is getting extremely annoying since it takes me 3 days to charge it fully! We have even sent the car for a check and they found nothing. There are these odd times (very rarely) that the car will charge fully. So I am getting really confused. Anyone experienced this problem before? Thank you all.

It happened a few times at the fast chargers (the ones throughout London). But normally it is on the charger installed in our building parking. It is a podpoint charger. I have tried a few different ones around the parking lot and it always the same issue.

Do you confirm the charge on the pod-point app? It will only charge for 15 minutes without verifiaction.
