Transmission/ Front wheels noise below 15mph EV mode

Has anyone any knowledge of what could be causing a mechanical scraping noise like a worn wheel bearing which matches the rotation of the wheels in frequency. The noise doesn’t appear if rolling in neutral so wheel/ brake issue doesn’t appear to be the problem. The vehicle is new and only covered a few hundred miles. Could it be a transmission / electric motor problem?
The noise is only audible up to about 15mph . I don’t think it is the pedestrian warning as it is more of a mechanical rubbing sound once every rotation or so of the wheels.
 
Sounds like a similar issue I had! For me, a stone got lodged between some parts in the wheel, and my dealer fixed it right away. They mentioned it's rare but a known occurrence for all vehicles. Your situation might be different, but it's probably best to take it to the dealer to be safe.
