When the DNO de-looped us from the neighbouring two houses they said it's the DNO's responcibility & free of charge, You just had to prove you had an electric car or proof of one on order.
This is how they spliced a feed off from the main underground cable running under the lawn to our house.
To go back a few posts the fuse carrier doesn't really need a voltage marked on it, it is essentially the same voltage either end. The label is probably indicating that the equipement is rated for 415v 3 phase supply installations max which if anything is as much about insulation safety as anything else.
In a previous house different houses in the cul-de-sac could lose power in a cut with others staying on. The overhead supply at the end was 3 phase with different houses on different phases.
One house even had all 3 phases although only one was in use. When his neighbour lost his power it was an undergound feed issue and the DNO ran a cable across the garden between the houses to get them back on as a temporary fix.
