What's the correct method to charge an M4?

If I am charging straight away goes quickly from blue to green.

Ok, still experimenting. Today it wouldn't turn green until I locked the car with my keys. That was the regular charger in my garage. Not super rapid.

When charging at home I usually lock it immediately too, but on rapid chargers I don't. The behaviour may be different with Type 2 vs CSS charging.
