Why has my Trophy started locking about 30s after I unlock it?

I know you can unlock the door remotely but I've no idea how you open it

I don't think so, mine doesn't relock if I open a rear door or the boot as well, I don't have to open the driver's door.
FWIW I don't usually use the fob to unlock I use the button on the door handle and my software is version R33 if that makes any difference.

Same here, R33 and almost exclusively use the button. I’ve got used to opening the driver door and turning the car on now anyway, saves time overall but still curious.

Just tested my suggestion that the childlocks were causing the problem but my Trophy does not autolock if a rear door is opened even if the door has been childlocked.

My Kia does it. At front door I’ll open it- by time
Walk over to it it’s locked itself again ?‍

That is the main reason I don't use the fob. ?
