Windscreen camera power

Does the MG4 Trophy have a USB power outlet on or near the mirror for a camera, or will I need to thread the cable to the lower sockets?

There's no USB port in that area. There is however power to the lights and mirror that you can piggyback on/from.

Thanks. That’s a pain; it seems that a 5p connector and wire from Schengen, just down the road from the factory, was an essential cost cutting move, or was it the 15p, 12v to 5v buck converter that tipped the balance?!
