Windscreen cleaner spray nozzle issues/replacement

Mine were between / \ and - - . Maybe I have to adjust them.

what do you guys mean by between / \ and - - etc is there some setting of an adjustment to nozzel

The car is excellent in all areas apart from the washers . I fitted new two jet washer jets.I fabricated two brackets to fit over the existing jets . Cost about £5 . I agree the airflow above and below the bonnet has quite an effect between A roads and Motorways .The new jets are much easier to adjust now . Trying to adjust the original jets was frustrating to say the least!

I didn't know you could rotate them, I have only been adjusting them up, down or side to side with a pin. I might try that before I try replacing the nozzles. Does it make a big difference ?

I didn’t come up with the idea of adjusting the position of the windshield washer nozzles myself. I actually stumbled across this topic by chance in the German MG4 community, where people shared tips on what can be done. It’s still not perfect, but definitely better than the factory setup. The best results seem to come from replacing the washer nozzles with aftermarket ones. However, you have to be careful, as MG uses a specific mounting design.

The windshield washer nozzles have been bothering me ever since I got the car (2022).

Originally, they were positioned like this: "--", which only produced a small puddle of water at the bottom of the windshield.

Currently, they're positioned like this: "\/". Perfect when stationary, acceptable up to about 100 km/h, but not ideal.

I'd be grateful for any advice.

It would be the same from inside the car or standing on the outside looking at the the front.

Given that the nozzles will look the same from either view, / \ will be the same orientation ... it's just that the left/right nozzles will be swapped.

If the arrangement was | \ then where you're sitting/standing will matter, but for / \ or \ / it doesn't.

I've just put mine in the \ / configuration, they're now 100% better, I don't need to change the nozzles now, thanks all for the heads up that they can be turned.

I see what you mean, I think the lines should be viewed as vertical though, in which case they look the same back or front.
