Wireless phone charger

Hi, I have the same issue. I removed the plastic tray and also put a sticky mat in its place. I have a Galaxy 10 in a folding case and this works for me, it continues to charge over all the journey however long.

I have the same issue with my pixel 5. First off the charging pad was to slippery so I replaced it with a sticky gel pad.
Now it reliable stays put I have noticed the wireless charger randomly stops, I don't get a message on the phone warning about overheats etc but if I take it of the charger for a minute and put it back on, it'll start charging again.
Just to note that I use a wireless charge base on my desk at work which fully charges my phone without issues.
