Hello,

I have tried to replace the halogen indicators on my MG4 with LEDs.
Unfortunately, they flash about twice as fast, which is why I have removed them.

Does anyone know which lamps i can use and work without any issues?
And do I really have to disconnect the battery for the replacement?
I have tried these: link

Please note that I live in Germany. :D

Thanks!

I've fitted rear indicators, Reverse Lights and interior all in LED bulbs.

Very impressed , normal flash rate and no errors.

Unfortunately, the product is not available in Germany. I'm surprised that the LEDs work, they also have little wattage?

Is changing the flasher relay to one suited to LED lamps an option. It is on some cars, but maybe not MG4?
Nowadays, "flasher relay" is an IC on a PCB deep inside the BCM module (typically). Yes, you can reverse enigineer part of its schmatics, and solder some sort of "diagnostics deceiver" right into the PCB.... But, If you had the skills for such an intrusion — you would already know the answer to this question! ;)
