I thought that was iilegal - the speedo should always overread. On all my Fords when the speedo says 30 you're actually doing 27 - and that 3mph difference seems to hold throughout the speed range.I’m not sure but on most cars I’ve had the cars speedo is always a little below the gps speed reading
