Those Renaults will still be on the road for many years. Some Circontrol DC chargers, including one a few km from my home, have an AC 43kW cable as well as CCS and CHAdeMO. I agree that they will get little use, especially since there are often other AC chargers at the same location with lighter cables. I guess that Circontrol figured it's reasonable backup in case the DC charger fails.AC 43kW is virtually dead - it was mainly a Renault thing
