ZS not charging

Hi, tried searching and nothing seems to match or I've tried the suggestions. My ZS has stopped charging - my wall mount isn't currently working so we've been using the 3 pin charger and it worked fine last night, but this morning after.my wife used it it wouldn't charge. The blue light at the front is coming on and it says connecting on the car and app but it won't turn green and charge. I've checked and it isn't set for schedule charge and I have tried it on a couple of paid charging points and still get the same. I've also disconnected the battery, as seen that mentioned a couple of times, but still no joy. Just wondered if anyone had any other suggestions before I ring the local dealers. Its a 23 plate and the long range model (but not hybrid), if that is any use.

Mine is 23 LR. My problems were not related to car. I had two cases that charging did not working.

1. I changed charging percentage to 40% by mistake with old iSmart app. A touch would change setting unintentionally.

2. After 10 weeks not charging, Ohme EPod charger did not charge overnight with Octopus Intelligent Go tariff. I used max charge for 15 minutes like initial installation for charging working next night. It was second time this happened to me. First time was after 6 weeks abroad.
