Keeping me going at say 50mph and a certain distance to the car infront is perfect... but sometimes I found that it wanted to follow the road around too closely around corners and got me too close to the other lane in a way... so not sure about that.

Satnav is very similar to google maps so a massive plus about that. I mean the infotainment system is a million times better than my mg5. Driving experience is the best ive ever had. So ye very pleased. I do have an issue with the tyre pressure system though. They looked at it whilst I was there but didn't see anything.... but on the way back I can see the drivers side on the front the tyre pressure is not recognized, so that will need looking at.

Nice colour, would of been my choice but local MG only had red Trophy listed for there 1st batch so I've gone for that..
Does the Trophy Sat nav have audible speed camera warnings?

Ye thanks Les I eventually worked out that it didn't work as it was in dark mode so the QR wouldn't scan. All setup and working now. I'll have a play with it more tomorrow

Picked up my grey SR today and the first trip was a few miles further on to aged parent who had been taken in to hospital after I was woken by a phone call at 3 in the morning and then waited ~ 3 hours for the ambulance..

So I haven't had a play yet, just left settings at default, although I think some changes had been retained from my test drive on Saturday.

Anyway, at least aged parent is OKish, got an early drive home in the new car, and is impressed.

Fantastic, just one thing though, on the app you have a manual, it’s actually for the ZS/HS so not a lot of use, I’ve fed this back via my dealer and asked for a MG4 manual download pdf so I can print or save to my computer, of course it is in the car menu.

Strangely mine definately isn't what you have on your app, but mine says mg5 on a small screenshot, but a picture on an mg4 on another lol.

It all looks right in terms of screens, so possibly it's the same system as the new MG5.

Although I can't find a manual that tells me about the physical car... only what all of the settings do.

This is on the i-smart app not in the car, that one is definitely MG.

It's the MG model that we likely won't get here - you can see that from the first of the images you posted. Seems a random one to include as the manual. Hopefully the dealer provides the correct one for you soon.... Probably still working on the translations

When I first got in it said I needed to enable permissions in settings as it wouldnt work, is that what yours is saying?

So the dealer enabled it when I was there, no idea how as I disnt see where it was done so I think they had to have done it in some sort of background setting that only they can enable.

Sounds like they didn't complete the full PDI before you collected, they should do all software updates and make sure everything is working for you. Put some pressure on your dealer to get this working for you.

When I test drove on Monday, the dealer had not enabled the satnav on the car I drove and I think they had literally got it off the transporter and started doing test drives and sales, so well worth checking it has been done. Also said "enable permissions".

Also it was charged to 100% (Trophy LR), which is a bit of a concern, I wonder how much they know about EV charging recommendations.
