Pretty much bang on, as I’ve mentioned had it installed for 2 years in my x power and never had an issue, with the S6 I’ve now installed a battery monitor so have been to confirm it’s not impacting on the auxiliary battery.

Can only get better from here.

Took me 6 months to find that combo combined with the carbon dash and interior fittings, the engine is a work of art and they’ll never make another one.

Bird crap can really screw up paintwork with the stomach acids in it, so much so If I get any it’s removed straight away with waterless wash and wax, any amount of companies make it these days. I find washing a car therapeutic not a chore, I’m sad that way. 😝

Have you tried Zapmap? I rarely charge away from home but on the occasion I do I use their app to activate and pay for charging, was over in Scotland over the weekend and used a charger in Largs for a top up, no issues.

MG4 Xpower was my first EV, no issues at all and a brilliant car, only changed for health reasons as needed an SUV, stayed with MG and got an S6. No regrets.

Agree about sub woofer, being sound is multi directional in theory should work from the boot and has a bigger area to expand from but give me under seat any time. Be interested to hear what you think with repositioning.

I left my 522gw parked at the airport for 2 weeks at the airport in my x power on 2 occasions with no issues, but as you say simple pulling the OBD connection or even removing the camera itself could be an option if you are concerned. OBD port connection is far easier than going to the fuse box.

Maybe like the IM5 and 6 motors insurers are holding back as they like the S6 they are new cars and not enough data available for some underwriters to do the math and come up with a premium. Does seem those who will quote are making sure they are covered though.
