Final update. All sorted. The battery is charged and working fine. OVMS is now playing up but that’s another stpry OVMS is an app that runs on a smart phone, combined with a gadget that fits the ODB port. It polls occasionally draining some of the battery but stops when the voltage gets low

Thanks for all your comments. I disconnected the negative pole and charged using my fancy CTEK charger. It has taken 24 hours to get to this state. I’ll reconnect everything tomorrow and see what the MG voltage gauge says

Hi I have an unusual issue I think. My ZS EV was in a garage for repair for over a week. During this time the 12V battery became critical - I have OVMS so was notified. When collecting it I recharged the HV battery overnight but this has not charged the 12V battery. OVMS has stopped polling...

Just looked at the home page video and the as they go through the exhibition categories they show an example car. The Electric Vehicle is, I believe a glimpse of a ZS EV

I installed OVMS last week. The 12v is stable at 12.4v at all times.

Without wishing to appear too smug, i just had a Zappi installed for my new ZS. Our house was built in 1995 but the fuse was not marked. When UK Power Networks turned up, They found we already had a 100amp fuse, they put stickers on and left, so sometimes it does go smoothly.

Successfully configured and installed this week. Had some confusion with passwords but their support was excellent. Used adhesive Velcro strips to secure on the bulkhead above the brake pedal and tidied cables under the carpet! Works great

I also bought a new ZS EV. I Asked the dealer to ensure all updates, but note you do not see the temperature if you are using Apple Car Play. That takes the whole screen up. When using the native navigation and radio there is always temperature displayed on mine
