After awaiting a ZS Trophy LR since April & a MG4 Orange Trophy LR since September (with no idea when either will be here), gave up 2 weeks ago and ordered a Tesla MY RWD - collect on Saturday! Sorry folks, but don't believe a word MG says anymore!

Ordered a ZS EV LR Trophy in April, no idea when that is going to be here, ordered an orange MG4 LR Trophy in September, promised B4 Christmas, then January, then couldn't tell me. So gave up 2 weeks ago and ordered a Tesla MY RWD and collecting it Saturday! Lost all faith in MG! ☹️

White, 22600 miles, 1 previous owner, Immaculate both inside and out, full spec Exclusive that has been garage kept. No pets or smokers. A much loved car that has got us into EV ownership, only selling due to imminent arrival of new car. £17995 or near offer. Nottingham area.

My dealer has been informed by MG that latest lead times are 16-20 weeks.

I took over a September order for an orange Trophy LR and was told 8 weeks (ie end Nov delivery), but it's still saying TBA on system and the dealer is still none the wiser! 🙄

It's worked every time I've tried and takes it off my Octopus Go account credit a week or so later. Great system.

My local dealer couldn't / wouldn't do Comfort 2 update on my 2020 ZS EV after selling it to me, but was happy to pay another dealer to do so!?!? After days phoning every MG dealer for 150 miles around, Chorley MG service dept, were the only ones willing / keen to do it. Their service was...

It doesn't do that.... When you pull the release cord, it stops the charging before you pull the plug. But there must be a way of stopping it without popping the bonnet?

Not with mine! Although I have finally figured out a way of stopping my Zappi,but when we're on a PodPoint or Pulse charger, the only way to stop the charging is the emergency release cable.

Unfortunately don't have a Zappi app as don't have a hub so not internet connected - only got buttons on unit to play with ... But thanks for the try!

Sorry it is a 2020 MK1, and have tried the lock and unlock thing using the fob, but the charge port now doesn't unlock until at 100%. Strange thing is I only have to slightly put a little pressure on the emergency release cable and it stops charging and unlocks - but there must be an easier...

I'm sorry if I'm being obtuse, but since the 'charging whilst unlocked' update, I cannot find a way of stopping the charge to remove to type 2 connector. I've searched the forum and been through the handbook several times, but short of popping the bonnet and pulling the emergency release, I'm...

We have just bought a 2020 ZS EV and have found the bongs to be infuriating, along with a few other things. Have spoken to supplying dealer who was adamant that the Comfort 2 update had been done (obviously it hadn't). They booked it in to do the update again for us, but on collecting the car...
