    Cruise Control Steering Wheel Stiff

Hi, I searched in the forum and couldn't find the answer to this. For mg MG4 Trophy EV, the steering wheel appears stiff when on Adaptive Cruise Control. What I mean by stiff is if you're trying to re-align the car in the lane and move the steering wheel slightly, the steering wheel is very...

    Temperature Display in MG4 comfort

Hello everyone. I'm the owner of a Comfort MG4. MG4 comfort was sold with 2 different versions in Turkey. While the first version has a temperature indicator, there is no such thing in the 2nd version I bought. Does the vehicle not have the ability to measure the outside temperature? Or is it...

    A/C always way too cold?

I've been driving my SE LR since august of last year and with the weather getting hotter here in germany I'm noticing my main complaint about the A/C again: It's always too cold. I have to set it to 27°/auto and even then it awlays feels like a freezer inside the car and I find myself constantly...

    Wild thing got Wilder!

Hi Guys, I seem to remember someone saying " I wonder what an Xpower would look like with 20s". I did actually suggest to my Wife when I bought the car back in April that it should either be lower or be on 20 inch wheels. Well it wasn't cheap and not without hassle, but I think most would agree...

    Looking to switch to EV

Hi all, Sorry if this has been asked so many times but as most of you already own an MG4 I thought it’s best to ask owners as opposed to the salesman at our local MG dealership. I’ve always looked to making the switch to EV I don’t use my current car a lot (Hyundai Bayon mild hybrid) so I’d...

    Poor map configuration

I was wondering if there is any update to the Map screen. I find it quite difficult when driving to see the road as it is a white road on a off white background. I'm used to the Peugeot screen where the road is black and easily seen. Ok when using the navigation it is blue so no problem.

Minimal X Power Vibes? Try this......

Note to mod, I was going to add this to my 55-65mph thread, but didn't want it to be swallowed up, as it is a genuine fresh observation. (IMO) ? If you don't like a long post? Walk away now while you have a chance.? Good Afternoon Chaps (and Chap-ess) We do have just the one lady, I believe...

Do the indicators flash when using OPD

Hi, I switched on OPD (One Pedal Driving) the other day to try it out. Whilst I was slowing down I could see in the reflection off the car in front that my front indicators were flashing. Does it do this in OPD mode and why, is it to warn someone in front? Do the rear indicators flash also? [...

    XPOWER 1 week in

Just wanted to make a few comments and observations after a week (actually 5 days :)) with my new XPOWER. So far I'm extremely happy with the car. It's definitely no Audi / BMW / Mercedes inside - there are a few obvious cut corners, but I expected that. Sport mode is ridiculously quick. I...

    Someone once told me….

Someone once told me, ’You have to invest a lot of time in comedy’. Two years ago I fell off a mountain bike and ruined my cycle helmet. One week later I invested a new one. This time carbon fibre, on the advice of a surgeon friend of mine. Recently I invested in a birthday present for my wife...

How do you turn the theft alarm off?

Does anyone know how to turn the theft alarm off? I’m about to go on the ferry from Portsmouth to Santander, it’s 36 hours across the Bay of Biscay and previously we’ve always turned the car alarm off to stop it going off as the boat moves. I’ve checked the book around recovery towing but it...

    Emergency Braking required

We have just done a road trip south (well most things are south for us) and on our way to Inverness, along a road we know pretty well, we pass a four way junction that needs caution. A little way after that, there is a road to one side that also needs care as people may be waiting for a while...

Hello all, After scouring the forum and the web to try and see if anyone had encountered a similar issue to me I couldn't find anything, so decided to sign up and post on here. Plastic accelerator pedal?

I just fitted a couple of VW-Audi-ish pedal covers. And I noticed the whole of the original accelerator pedal is plastic. The foot pad and the ‘stork’. I know it’s drive by wire and you don’t have to ‘stamp it’ but old habits die hard, So better go easy on it when your racing that EX30 off the...
