12V starting battery

Hi - the 12 V starting battery gives me an error message saying it is low. Do I have to use the petrol to recharge the battery? I was hoping to use the EV as much as possible. many thanks

No, if you use the electric then that should charge the battery. I would change up the 12 V battery with a 12V charger then have it tested, as it could have dead cells.

Also going add if the battery tests ok than the inverter which steps down the HV to 12V may have be faulty. If you do not get this seen too the car will not start.

it is due for a service in 2 weeks so I will get them to check it, thanks for the tip!
