Ambient battery heating ?

This question may have been asked before but, I've kept getting a request on the main display to turn on ambient heating up to this afternoon I've always cancelled it but today pressed the okay button I can't find anything about it in the manual so was wondering if it will stay on or how to switch it off or is it better on?

Intelligent battery heating (not Ambient). You can turn it off again in the Energy Consumption tab within the Battery tile, and it probably won't nag you again. (It hasn't for me).
