Just heard Octopus are buying out Shell Energy customers so I'll be moving to Octopus in the next few months, just when I was trying to initiate the switch to them anyway. At least the credit balance should transfer OK.

I'd jump the gun if you were going to switch anyway as the mass transfers take time.
